Mi experiencia con Nicol\u00e1s fue algo muy emocionante ya que estaba en un momento muy susceptible de mi vida, acababa de terminar con mi novio q tanto amaba y ten\u00eda problemas familiares en mi casa… Para decir verdad era cero cr\u00e9dula con cualquier tipo de terapia, coaching etc., ya que siempre pens\u00e9 que las personas que lo realizaban eran muy convenientes para decir cosas en el momento preciso que simplemente hace que las personas lloraran y ya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mi proceso comenz\u00f3 cuando Nicol\u00e1s tuvo una conversaci\u00f3n conmigo y empez\u00f3 a entender realmente lo que estaba pasando conmigo, se dio cuenta que necesitaba apoyo de alguien en un momento tan vulnerable para m\u00ed y que sin compromiso quer\u00eda hacerme una sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuando empezamos mi sesi\u00f3n de coaching nunca me imagin\u00e9 los descubrimientos tan importantes que Nicol\u00e1s hizo que yo viera en mi vida, la explicaci\u00f3n de muchas cosas que yo f\u00edsicamente ignoraba o no le ve\u00eda, la importancia de detalles que para m\u00ed eran insignificantes pero que para Nicol\u00e1s eran la base de alguno de mis comportamientos que justificaban la situaci\u00f3n en la que me encontraba en ese momento. Nunca se me va a olvidar algo que \u00e9l me dijo, algo como \u00abuno no genera cambios hasta no haber identificado el origen de las cosas, una vez lo identificas puedes hacer los cambios por ti mismo para que esa situaci\u00f3n desagradable no se vuelva a repetir\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gracias a esto y herramientas que aprend\u00ed pude liberarme de muchos pesos, pude abrirme a contarle cosas que no le he contado a nadie en mi vida, lidiar mi tristeza desde la comprensi\u00f3n y compasi\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fue muy reconfortante y agradable el haber trabajado con Nicol\u00e1s, creo que es el coach que todos necesitamos en la vida.

My experience with Nicolas was very exciting specially because I was when I was in a very difficult moment of my life, I just finished my relationship with my boyfriend that I loved and had family problems at home … To tell the truth it was zero susceptible to any therapy, coaching etc., I always thought this people were opportunist that say things at the right time just to make people cry and that was it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My process began when Nicolas had a conversation with me and by listening to me he understood that I was struggling and he realized that I needed support from someone at such a vulnerable time and without requirement or payment he offer me a life coaching session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we first started my coaching session I could never imagined how many important discoveries I would have about myself. Nicolas help me to understand many aspects that I physically ignored or did not see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Nicolas help I started to pay attention to small details in my life. My discovery was that I was choosing not to pay attention to details because they were \u201cinsignificants\u201d to me or at least that\u2019s what I thought.  Nicolas point it out that those details were the basis of many of my behaviors. I’ll never forget something he said to me, something like \u00abone does not generate changes until you have identified the origin of things, once you identify them, is when you can really start to change by yourself your reality in order to stop living the same situation over an over\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the discovering\u2019s that I have and the tools that I learned from this coaching process, I liberate myself from all the burdens of my past that I was carrying without been aware and didn\u2019t let me move forward with my life. I was able open my heart and mind to Nicolas and share with him aspects of my life that I didn\u2019t tell anyone. Being able to deal with my sadness with compassion and comprehension was liberating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
