A lo largo de las sesiones de coaching que tuve con Nicolás, vi cómo muchos aspectos de mi vida iban cambiando y fui encontrando explicación a muchas de mis actitudes, conductas, palabras y pensamientos.
Hubo un asunto en particular en el que vi un profundo cambio y que lo resalto porque llevaba muchísimos años atormentándome y no sabía el por qué. Se trata de mis sentimientos negativos hacia mi madre y con la ayuda de Nicolás descubrí lo que pasaba.
Gracias al coaching logré perdonar a mi madre sinceramente y con unas dinámicas que nunca antes había experimentado. A raíz de esto y sintiéndome más liberada que nunca, mis sentimientos hacia ella cambiaron y ahora le profeso un gran amor porque esa enorme barrera desapareció.
Ese es el más grande cambio que se dio en mí en menos de cinco sesiones con Nicolás, es un excelente coach.
There was a particular issue where I saw a profound change and I want it to highlight it because it was tormenting me for many years and did not know why. I discovered that I had negative feelings of my mother and with the Nicolas help I discovered what was happening and started to deal with it.
